Manolo Blahnik x Timberland Boots at New York Fashion Week

More news on odd collaborations. Yesterday, we saw Hello Kitty Dr. Marten’s boots and shoes. Today, I’ve spotted these high-heeled Timberland boots, a collaboration between Manolo Blahnik and Timberland. It seems that rugged-chic will be a huge trend in the Fall season.

These Manolo Blahnik Timberland boots are extremely limited. They’re available only at the Manolo Blahnik store in New York and only during New York Fashion Week (or until they’re all gone). And they are going for a whopping $1,050.

If you had $1,050 lying around and you lived in New York, would you sport these?

Reebok ‘Year of the Tiger’ Sneakers

New Year’s Day has passed but the Lunar New Year is still ahead (this year, it just happens to land on February 14 …… feisty lovers are sure to be on the prowl). The Lunar New Year in 2010 will mark the Year of the Tiger and Reebok is celebrating by releasing these tiger-inspired sneakers.

The first is the black Pump Omni Lite with sleek, glossy black over matte black tiger stripes and gold liner and embroidery for extra pop. The second is the Pump Fury with glossy red stripes against black matte textile material. Both look really fierce and while the Pump Fury actually resembles a tiger much more, I’d much rather wear the ninja-like Pump Omni Lites because …… well, who wouldn’t rather be a ninja than a tiger?

Moschino ‘Poinsettia’ Heels for the Holidays

Hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was pretty hectic as I scrambled to wrap gifts with all the grace of a rhinoceros. But isn’t that what the holidays are all about: scrambling around like a fool for the sake of your loved ones?

Anyway, feast your holiday eyes on these heels from Moschino. It’s got a real cute two-tiered petal-shaped ankle strap that drapes over your foot a little bit. It definitely reminded me of beautiful red poinsettias, which should be out in full force for the holiday season. The heels also have a back zipper closure, leather lining, and smooth leather outsole. If you can find a pair, they’d be great for all your holiday parties.

Reebok Pump Omni Lite – Winter 2009 Releases

You guys will just have to put up with my sneaker obsession a little bit more. Reebok is releasing another set of colorways for their popular Pump Omni Lite kicks. There are four new colorways. The green/brown shoes have kind of a boot-like feel with the metal d-rings and the earthy tones. The standout is the lumberjack-inspired shoe, green with red and black plaid (this must be Reebok’s way of going green). There are also two grey colorways which are more low-key.

Check out a slew of close-ups after the jump (via Sneaker Obsession).

Topshop ‘Sherbert’ Bow Heels

These ‘Sherbert’ Bow heels from Topshop remind me of the Harajuku Lovers ‘Dobson’ bow-tie booties that I saw last week (check them after the jump). But they look much more sensible, very elegant, very attractive. The upper is made of two-toned leather with two bow decorations, one at the vamp, one at the toe. The heel stands 4 inches high. I like them. They pop without being too flashy like the ‘Dobsons’. A nice, calm way to end an otherwise hectic Friday at the office. Alright, enjoy your weekends everybody!
